All of our collars are made to order and typically take 3-4 weeks to get shipped out. We often get orders out much quicker so we will be sure to email you an update when your order ships.

If you are concerned about using a tailors tape to measure your dog we recommend selecting the “Kahnco tape” option in the size option window of your order. It’s free of charge and we will dispatch a tape out to you right away. Upon receipt, simply follow the directions and email us the size number you get on the tape and we will take it from there.

Currently the Merit design fits dogs with a 14” neck size or larger. We have plans to make a scaled down version and when it is ready we will list it on our website.

The hardware on the Merit collar is a living finish and is designed to intentionally age over time. We recommend letting it do its thing but since it is made of solid uncoated brass you can polish it with brass polish to remove the tarnish if you wish. The Antique silver is more sensitive and should be left alone because polishes can remove the silver coating.

All of our collars are custom made to order, sized to fit your dog and comes with an engraved I.D. plate therefore it cannot be returned. That being said, we want a happy customer so if you have any issue or concern regarding your collar we ask that you reach out to us to discuss your needs. We are here to help!
