When it comes to mankind’s pursuit of space exploration we must not forget the role dogs played in getting us out there.
On November 3, 1957 the soviet space program launched Sputnik 2 into orbit. Onboard this ship was a little dog named Laika who, on that day made history as the first living creature to orbit the earth. Laika lost her life on this mission but her memory must live on.
We have created our limited edition Nasa collar to commemorate Laika and celebrate Nasa’s pioneering efforts in space exploration.

How To Measure
Since we are crafting each collar per order, it is very important to take a good measurement of your dog in order to receive a collar with an ideal fit. We recommend using a tailors tape measure as one would use for garment fitting. A proper measurement is taken from the midpoint of your dog’s neck, not too low by the shoulders and not too high by the jawline. We just need the actual measured number and the collar will provide for adjustment up and down from the ideal size.
